When we meet

Current training sessions are held on the following days:

Monday evening:
1800 hrs – 2000 hrs

for competition training

The minimum requirement for the Monday session is to be able to perform a forward and backward somersault.


Thursday evening:
1800 hrs – 2000 hrs

for those over 10


Sunday morning:
0930 hrs – 1100 hrs

for 3 to 10 year olds

1100 hrs – 1230 hrs

for those over 10 and

1100 hrs – 1230 hrs

for adults
